This is a high-energy, sure-to-burn calories type of class. You work your core doing exercises like planks, crunches, squats and push-ups, and get your heart rate up and pumping with some invigorating punch and kick combinations. All the exercises are designed for overall fitness and all fitness levels are encouraged.

In the event of inclement weather that inhibits activity, you will be notified by email of that day's cancellation as early as possible. Every effort will be made to make up the missed class at the end of the program. During the winter, if Walpole Public School closes due to inclement weather, Recreation Department programs and classes will also be cancelled for the day.

Because the Recreation Department incurs expenses to hire staff, purchase supplies and materials, and contract other expenses in preparation of a program, the department cannot offer full refunds. Full credits may be issued. Partial refunds may be issued upon request, however a 20% administrative fee over the overall program cost will be deducted per registrant. The Recreation Department will not issue refunds for any credit card convenience fees incurred. No refunds or credits will be issued without 48 hours' notice prior to the start of the program.
