KETTLEBELL TRAINING
In this class, you will learn techniques and skills that make the kettlebell (basically, a cannonball with a handle) one of the most effective and efficient exercise tools in the world. The benefits of kettlebell training include improved strength, increased work capacity, enhanced athleticism, weight loss, injury prevention, mental toughness, core strength, and an increase in lean and functional muscle mass.
