  • Please bring a set of light dumbbells (3 - 12 lbs), a mat and a bottle of water.
  • Classes on Monday and Wednesday are held from 5:45 - 6:45 a.m.
  • Classes on Saturdays are held from 6:30 - 7:30 a.m.
