AEROBIC DANCE!

A great workout for all levels! This non-competitive class is a great way to relieve stress and get in shape! Anyone can learn these dances. 40 mins of dancing, 20 mins of floorwork. Come try this fun program, you'll be glad you did!

  • Please bring an exercise mat and water
  • The Monday and Wednesday classes run from 9:15 - 10:15 a.m.
  • The Friday class runs from 8:15 - 9:15 a.m.
